I have developed and taught a variety of corporate training programs since 1991.

As former National Accounts Customer Service Manager for a multi-billion dollar office product company, I integrated new technologies and developed strategic alliances to perform against tight deadlines while consistently finding new and innovative methods for improving operations. My skills have helped enhance corporate images while improving customer relations. I am a problem solver, willing to try new approaches, streamline processes, and overhaul ineffective methods

I have spent the last three years as part of a technology/time management training company.  As a Microsoft® Registered Partner we specialized in efficiency through technology. 

The primary focus was on training for Microsoft Office 2003/2007®.

I have been involved with a wide variety of technologies and industries.  This includes large international corporations, owner-managed companies, small manufacturers, service businesses, retailers and distributors, and professional sales teams.
